My local thrift store has...Very nice vintage find! My local thrift store has a rack of vintage hats for 5 dollars a piece. Some are quite lovely, but I've never bought any because I wasn't sure where/when I'd ever wear them. For me, hats are a matter of practicality: do they keep my ears warm in the winter or protect me from a sunburn in the summer?
