30 days of Thankfulness: day 29

Today I am thankful for a great morning working, calling a friend and catching up, working on Christmas supplies, T-Bug on my lap while we enjoy the Christmas tree, and ending the night with "Holiday Inn"! 😊

30 days of Thankfulness: day 28

Today I'm thankful for a productive morning getting housework done, a boyfriend willing to explain math problems during his last little bit of time before heading back to college, enjoying an afternoon together, a beautiful blue-white speckled sky, and getting back into Irish step!!! Ach, how I missed that! Or maybe I should say....ache XD Although I'm not as sore as I thought I might be :~)

30 days of Thankfulness: day 27

Today I am thankful for a day with John and his family, having dinner with my family at his house with his, spending time with his sister, playing card games and a board game, laughing with and at one another, finishing the 2nd part of a Star Trek episode, heading home to decorate the tree with my family, and finding a snowman to be John's ornament on the tree to hang next to mine! Can you guess who is who? 😉😊

30 days of Thankfulness: day 26

Today I am thankful for a spot waiting for the tree to arrive, excited little girls telling about their muddy adventures to fetch it, & preparing for our favorite time of year at home and at work!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 25

Today I am thankful for a day off, perusing the antique stores with Mom, smuggling presents into the house undetected, a boyfriend willing to babysit, meeting new friends, running into old ones, seeing a chandelier and wondering if the Phantom is near, the beautiful Christmas tree lighting in the city, and ending the night with a smile!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 24

Happy Thanksgiving! Today I'm thankful for a Savior whose birth we celebrate in just a few weeks. Some people don't like to celebrate Christmas until after Thanksgiving, but I do, for this reason: what better way to herald the birth of our Lord than to start of with praise and thanksgiving! 😊 Today and the days leading up to Christmas, I encourage you to enter the season with a thankful heart, because God chose to send his Son to be our Savior! Happy Thanksgiving, and in a way, Merry Merry Christmas!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 23

Today I am thankful for seeing friends at work, decorating for Christmas, and playing Christmas music there!!! Im also thankful for a late night snack with John after going out for last minute Thanksgiving supplies!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 22

Today I am thankful for a baby who suits the hat and blankets I made for her, seeing old friends, Christmas shopping with John, and playing a game with Alexa! Afterwards I beat her xD by one point!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 21

Today I am thankful for a snow day of sorts, 18+ inches of snow, being able to enjoy it while shoveling, the weather holding off so John could come over after work, burying under a blanket to work on Christmas presents and letters, and wishing for Christmas since it certainly looks like it now! ;)

30 days of Thankfulness: day 20

Today I'm thankful for weather holding off long enough to hangout with Elijah and John for lunch, watching Elijah make a stop-motion video, spending the afternoon inside from the blizzard while watching Christmas movies, and ending the night with a blustery cold walk in the beautiful snow!!!!! :~D

30 days of Thankfulness: day 19

Today I'm thankful for a beautiful warm day at work, being able to help out an extra hour, ice cream, a bouquet from a sweet boyfriend, and ending the night with a movie!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 18

Today I am thankful for John coming home safe, a kitty who missed him, having dinner with him and half the family, the other half having fun doing the Glowvember run, and ending the night with our favorite show, Star Trek!! :~D

30 days of Thankfulness: day 17

Today I am thankful for a chance to work on a Christmas present, Christmas music, a wonderful hot shower, Charlie Brown's Christmas, and knowing John will be home the following day!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 16

Today I am thankful for a clean room, organized clothes, a place to put all my work clothes, finding things I've lost, and being able to sleep peacefully in a clean room!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 15

Today I'm thankful for taking the kids to the playground, giving the police dept. crafts we made at Story-time, and counting down the days till John comes home!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 14

Today I am thankful for my sisters' love of reading, a day to rest, plotting Christmas presents, assisting a friend with plotting, and ending the night with Star Trek with Mom!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 13

Today I am thankful for watching a sister's imagination soar, a nap, the kids' enjoyment of Awana, and a daddy who goes out for ginger ale for an upset stomach!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 12

Today I'm thankful for seemingly short work shift, kitties who are lap-kitties today, friends you know well, and friends not as much  its encouraging when someone stops to talk to you!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 10&11

Today I am thankful for new kids at story-time, maybe a fancy new work shirt, new aprons for work, a day off, an adventure to the science center, a silly kitty greeting me this morning, carrot cake, lessons from God, and remembering our Veterans!!! 

30 days of Thankfulness: day 8&9

Today I am thankful for found keys, my learner's permit, getting everything accomplished, a lovely tea party at church, and getting lots of steps in the past few days...as of now I'm over 16,500 for today alone!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 7

Today I am thankful for the hot tub for sore muscles, swimming a few laps, acing practice questions for a driving permit, and ending the night with my exercises while watching "Its a Wonderful Life"!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 6

Today I am thankful for seeing God place a burden on the teacher's heart for a story that was going to be skipped, generosity in every corner, a beautiful fall Sunday, a sweet memorial service, an unexpected nap, and a good clean murder mystery movie!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 5

Today I am thankful for spending an hour on ballet exercises without knowing it! I'm thankful for a long and busy day at work! I'm especially thankful for hot water as I can now go relax with a shower!

30 days of Thankfulness: day 4

Today Im thankful for music; for using it to worship, to dance, to sing, to listen to, and to recondition your body. Slowly but surely I may dance in these again!

Im thankful for a trip to the Y, a soak in the hot tub, a walk in the rain, a good day at work, and a little kitty who always makes me smile 

Today I am thankful for getting shows scheduled, friends visiting, music planned, cinnamon buns made, laundry done, and an excited 4yr receiving a pre-k book to do schoolwork like her big sisters!
