Beautiful Blessings - 9/27/15

~ A quiet Sunday afternoon nap!

~ A cream puff from Bingham's in Kingsley P.A.!

~ Seeing the lunar eclipse!

~ Watching T-Bug make a bed on the porch at 11pm after staying up late to watch the eclipse with us....though I dont think Id want to sleep next to Dad's shoes ;~)

~ Knowing my friends are all out watching the same beautiful eclipse!

Beautiful Blessings - 9/1/15

~ Waking up in a freshly made bed, sniffing my chlorine-scented hair, and feeling like Im in a hotel!

~ Kitties being garden statues and table-top decor!

~ Listening to my sisters sing "Rainbow Connection"! "The Lovers, the Dreamers, and CHEEEEEEEEESE!"

~ Getting lots done at work! (Chapeaued and ready for anything!)

~ Marveling how the moon has changed the past few days!

Beautiful Blessings - 8/14/15

~ Getting a much needed day of rest!

~ Video-calling with one of my best friends!

~ Cotton Candy Grapes from Wegmans!

~  Making amazing delicious perfect superb biscuits because I had been dying to have them for a while now and I finally decided to make them because it was the only thing that sound good for breakfast and oh my goodness I love homemade fresh biscuits!

~ Calling it an early night and getting to bed earlierish!

Flippity-Flop Room Arrangement!

So when I first moved from the big room to the small room, my bed was against the window. It was that way for a while, while I shared the room with T-Tot. Then she and Lil' G shared the big room, and I got the little one all to myself. I didn't mind! It was nice and cozy to have a room of my own! We moved my bed against the wall until L-Jo moved into the room with me! She loved being in the room with me! But we had to move my bed back against the window. When we moved her to the other room last year, she was upset for weeks! T-Bug and I now share a room. My bed was still next to the window....which after forever and a day was getting rather boring. So I got out the tape measure and did the math and rearranged my room!

My new sheet set!

These are my new jersey knit cotton sheets!

They are sooooooooooooooooo soft!

The white embroidered pillow on the far left and the pink pillow on the far right are from my best friend, Heidi.

And the bunny on the bed is Turtlebunny.

A problem and solution!

I had papers upon papers, a thousand sticky notes, and a few hundred writing utensils.

Or approximately that!

So I thought and thought.

And came up with a solution!

Under the bed desk!

I could easily make a desk to go under bed with allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll my papers, sticky notes (I am a fan of sticky notes) and writing utensils.

On the left is paper, note paper, and craft paper.

In one of our craft closets I got the (center) organizer thingy. Pens, pencils and scissors are on the back. Paper, LOTS OF STICKY NOTES are in the middle, and tabs & erasers are in the front. In the flower box has all my wordless book materials, and other ways to share the Gospel.

It easily slide under my bed and I can each everything!!! And now my bedside table is ot overflowing with as much junk!

What clutter have you gotten rid of?

A letter to my dear, ANNOYING CAT!

Dear Ansel,

Nothing like waking up at 5 something to hear a cat's LOUD purr in your ear!

It sounded like a motor boat!

Purrooom-Purrooom

Good grief Ansel, SOME people like sleeping without a boat in their bed.

 Please refrain from bouncing the bed so hard you jolt me awake for an hour.

And PLEASE refrain from purring so loud!

I need ear plugs!

I love you my goofy, sometimes grouchy cat, but waking me up at 5 something for an hour is NOT an option.

I had every right to toss you out of the room. 

And you deserved.

When you get this letter, please don't growl like a bear. (Which I am sure you will, because you like to growl at EVERYTHING!)

I slept in today!

Instead of getting up at 7:30,

I got up at 8:20.
