Beautiful Blessings - 1/18/16

~ Breaking into Broadway in the kitchen with T-bug! <3 :~D
~ Going through clothes with Mom!
~ Finding new-to-me clothes!
~ Ending the night with Mr Darcy...we watched the second episode of the Colin Firth version....mmmm <3 lol
~ And enjoying a new coloring book from Daddy! Its a tropical themed one!

Beautiful Blessings - 10/5/15

~ Dirty dishes... which means we have eaten!
~ Dish soap to clean them!
~ Clean dishes!
~ Dish towels given to Mom for Christmas last year!
~ An apron to wear while washing dishes!

Winslow's Remodeling

At the end of winter, Winslow noticed that tiling in the kitchen was starting to fall apart.

 

He decided it was time for a make-over.

 So a couple Thursdays ago, he rounded up some helpers,

bought the new flooring,

 and got to work!

Winslow was glad that the old wallpaper is hidden the rest of the year. He also wanted to remind you that when you are doing home remodeling, you should wear safety gear and watch your step.

That evening, the kitchen was 95% done!

Winslow loves how Great Great Grandma's table looks now!

The next day, he finished up the kitchen.

Saturday it was time to redo the bathroom!

The tiling was pretty bad in the bathroom. The gaps between the tiles were huge!

Winslow decided against a glass floor in there.

But when it was done, it was worth all the work!

Winslow is very happy with the way things turned out! :~D
