Beautiful Blessings - 9/14/15

~ Finding a perfect hiding spot for a cat-nap and a bath! ;~) She even has towels to ensure everything is perfect! Heehee!

~ The girls getting their first swim lessons!

~ Swimming 8 laps, and Dad swimming 20! He swam a 1/5 of a mile!

~ T-bug getting 5 inches taller over the past year....tis amazing how they grow!

Beautiful Blessings - 7/20/15

~ Going to the library in hopes of finding a good book or three!

~ Playing Wig Out, Go Fish, Bug Bingo, and Memory games this morning.

~ Having the last half of Dad's famous delicious pancakes! (I got up too late to have a full pancake lol!!!)

~ Getting a needed nap!

~ Looking forward to having a campfire when we get home from the library!

Beautiful Blessings - 7/10/15

 Today's beautiful blessings:

~ Having a kitty curl up with you when you aren't feeling well. 

~ Seeing the excitement of my sisters when they realized we have matching toenails now.

~ Noting that T-Tot opted for a snazzy unique blue.

~ Gratefully getting a nap this afternoon...thank you Mommy!!! <3

~ Taste-testing homemade pickled beets under the cloak of darkness with Mom.

"Clever" - a clever place for the nap! Out of sight, out of mind, & out from under foot!

Our 4th of July fun!

Happy 237th birthday America! 

This is what we did to celebrate. :)

We started our celebrations on the 3rd and went to see fireworks!

We brought some homemade bubbles and several kids were having fun with our bubbles!

We got home around 11:30 and plopped everyone into bed.

On the 4th we had more fun with bubbles!

Uncle Sam - Audrey Hepburn style! (By the way, bubbles by the nose isn't comfortable! ;)

After we were outside with the bubbles for a while it started raining. We decided it was perfect for dancing in!

We ate lunch and all the girls took naps while I tackled a chapter of Algebra. 

After naps we watched the Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again and then went out to play when it was dry outside.

We had more fun with bubbles and then enjoyed a delicious dinner inside.

We had hot dogs, hamburgers, potato salad, and tortilla chips. For desert we had cherry cobbler/pie for the big people and cotton candy push pops for the little people. 

All in all it was a delightful way to celebrate the 4th!!!!!
