People of Jordan: Jeffery, Kameron and Kyler

(Jeffery, Kameron, and Kyler)

Jeffery, Kameron, and Kyler were having fun sledding and snowboarding at sledding hill. They've lived here for 5 years. They enjoy the nice quiet little town and the schools. They have a farm, a few dogs and they're in the process of animal adoption. Kyler is one of the Erie Canal Cloggers, that I've mentioned before here. Kameron recently joined the Volunteer Fire Department and is enjoying that.

The Subject Of Selfies

Once upon a time, in 2002, the word selfie was used for the first time. Now it's synonymous with crazy pictures of oneself. It's very popular among teenage girls. The first picture is a selfie.

This is a typical selfie. It has a deadpan look, it's of oneself, and it's pretty boring if you think about it.

Now a selfie is not the only type of selfie there is. There is also a felfie, when a farmer takes a picture of oneself and farm animals.

But what if we had a revolutionary kind of selfie?

Wait for it.............

This is the best idea since sliced bread............

How about a welfie???? Winslow/selfie ;~)

It's a revolutionary idea, don't you think????????

We are busy busy busy!

See this list? Its a half mile long cause we are going camping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our family's favorite time of year!

Swimming, hiking, relaxing, the local library, sleeping slightly in, biking (I get to bring my bike! :~D So excited!) and much more!

We also have a few surprises up our sleeve. And it you promise not to tell my sisters, I'll tell you! :~D

We are hoping to go see Almanzo Wilder's farm that he grew up on!

For those of you who haven't read the Little House on the Prairie series (I have all of that series and several about her mother, grandmother, great grandmother and daughter.) this is the boy that Laura marries. In the series they place the book 2nd, but we tend to read it when Laura meets Almanzo. It fits better. :)

(And to my friends who {gasp!} who haven't read the series, I know who you are and I will shower the series on you when I return! Muhahahahaha! ;)

So we shall be enjoying the wondrous camping trip and if I'll get a chance, I might post some pictures. :)

Off to get ready!
