Last one....no promises....
1 can of corn
1 onion
2/3 cup of chopped chicken
3 tablespoons of horseradish mustard
Celery seed (optional)
Garlic powder (optional)
1/3 cup of heavy cream
Saute the onions at medium till brown. Do NOT turn the burner on high and burn your onions like I did.
Dump in the corn, and chicken to simmer.
Throw in the rest of the ingredients to serve.
I think it makes 2-3 big bowls and 4-6 little bowls....
