1 Corinthians 13:4-8a Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things Love never ends.
Everyone knows and has heard about "the Love chapter". We quote it, re-post it, put it on our virtual or physical walls and more. But in the midst of this do we live it? Can we, Daughters of the Most High King show love patiently and kindly? With out arrogance or rudeness? Being selfless? Without being irritable or resentful? Rejoicing in the good? Bearing all things (listening to others problems and praying or them, believing all things (keeping an open heart for God to use), hoping all things (that others will see God's love in you), and enduring all things (any hardship that crosses your path by trusting in God)? That love NEVER ends? I can tell you that this is on my wall in my room, I read it several times a day but I still forget. Its hard to remember all this.
I challenge you to ask the Holy Spirit to help you incorporate this into your life. God can do amazing things if we ask him to help us.
